Step 1: Opening a Support Case
To initiate a refund or cancellation, you must first open a formal support ticket. This creates a tracked record of your issue.
- Log into your OrientDig account.
- Navigate to the "Help Center""Support"
- Click on "Submit a Request""Open a Case."
- Select the relevant order from your purchase history.
- Choose the category "Refund Request""Order Cancellation."
