Step-by-Step: How to Order Repackaging
Step 1: Log in & Go to Your Warehouse
Access your CNFANS account and navigate to "My Warehouse". Here you will see a list of all your arrived and pending parcels.
Step 2: Select the Item(s) for Repackaging
Find the parcel you wish to repackage. You can select individual items or multiple items for consolidated repackaging. Click on the "Apply for Repackaging"
Step 3: Choose Your Repackaging Options
A menu of services will appear. You can typically choose from:
- Basic Repack:

Step 4: Select Protective Materials (Optional but Recommended)
Based on your item type, choose from add-on protective materials. (See section below for details).
Step 5: Confirm & Pay the Service Fee
Review your selections and any associated fees. Confirm the request. The fee will be added to your account balance. Our warehouse team will then process your request, usually within 1-2 business days.
